When: Sunday, 17th November 2024, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Where: 164 Brightside Road, Stanmore Bay, Auckland

Lunch: Catered by Phoebe Lee.

What to bring: Togs, Towel, Water Bottle, Pen, Notebook, Warm Clothes, Snacks, Yoga Mat

When to arrive: 06:45 - 06:55 - Please arrive with your togs under warm clothes.

Who for: Anyone over the age of 18, seeking personal growth, connection with a desire to improve mental and physical health.
